Pressure equipment represents the basic elements of energy and power, process and thermotechnology systems and ranks second in number in industry in the European Union countries. Its design, production, inspection and maintenance are extremely important for the safety of people, material goods and the environment, but also for the economical operation of the plant.

The Croatian Seminar on Pressure Equipment has therefore been a place that, for almost 2.5 decades, gathers experts in the field of pressure equipment and other interested parties who are directly or indirectly related to it.
