    Registration Fee includes:

    • access to lectures and the exhibition spaces
    • access to the Digital Proceedings (which will be supplemented with all submitted presentations, papers and videos of presentations and discussions two weeks after the Conference)
    • refreshment (coffee, juices, water, pastries, etc.) during breaks and lunch.

    Remarks:

    • After receiving your filled application, we will issue you a pro forma invoice - an offer.
    • Authors of presentations that will be presented at the Conference are exempted from paying the registration fee.
    • If a presentation has more than one author, the one who will present at the Conference is exempted from paying the registration fee.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Cancellation Terms and Conditions

    Cancellation of paid Registration Fees:

    • for cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 80% of the cost of the Registration Fee
    • for cancellation from 3 to 0 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 100% of the cost of the Regstration Fee, i.e. the participant is not entitled to a refund.
