Co-organizers

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references, etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conference programme

or

• a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references, etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences programme

• a page in the Digital Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues, etc.

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• refreshment (coffee, juice, water, pastries, etc.) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer
• display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room
• announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co-organizer’s logo in the Conferences Programme as well as on the Conferences web pages, in the Coffee Break room and on the conference room screen
• additional participation fee (i.e. two registration fees).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• refreshment (coffee, juice, water, pastries, etc.) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer
• display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room
• announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co-organizer’s logo in the Conferences Programme as well as on the Conferences web pages, in the Coffee Break room and on the conference room screen
• an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues, etc.
• additional participation fee (i.e. two registration fees).
